We usually ship within 1–3 business days. Most customers in the Nordic countries receive their order within 3–7 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 60-day return policy. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Contact us via the contact page to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Contact us if you have not received anything after 3 business days.
What size should I choose for the Travel Sling Bag?
The standard 1L is suitable for the essentials – wallet, keys, and phone. The large 1.6L offers more space for items like a power bank and sunglasses. Unsure? Choose Large.
What colors is the bag available in?
Travel Sling Bag is available in Midnight (black), Sand (beige), Navy (dark blue), and Olive (olive green).
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here take 5–7 business days to deliver. International deliveries can take between 7–16 days. Delivery details will be sent in your confirmation email.
